This 84” Reference Studio 4K screen has a 73” X 41” viewable width and height with 2D and 3D versatility, designed for the ultimate cinema connoisseur. It also offers an ultra-wide 180 degree viewing angle and a 16:9 aspect ratio.

The lack of texture is responsible for the perfect pixel geometry. 1080P projectors are now the standard, which means that they must be paired with a material that will not degrade its pixel geometry. While many screens are textured and grainy, degrading the effective resolution to much less than 1080P, this Studio Reference 4K screen has zero texturing, ensuring absolute preservation of sharpness, resolution and detail clarity. Any Reference Studio 4K material will perfectly resolve 4K resolution in both today’s high end and future 4K projectors, saving you a screen update.

The screen installation is made easy by the snap on tensioning system and only requires a few simple tools for assembly. The screen is hung like a picture frame, 1” away from the wall. It comes with movable brackets to provide added versatility in terms of mounting screw placement.

We recommend pairing the 4K screen with a 4K projector to ensure that the screen reaches its optimum performance. Although, the use of the screen with any projector will maximize the projectors performance. The screen displays its superior performance in environments where ambient light is controlled. The screen is also designed for 2D and 3D action, tested to bring minimum crosstalk and maximum 3D immersion. The ability to minimize 3D crosstalk helps to decrease viewer fatigue for active 3D projection.

The soft white 1.0 gain material is a texture-less surface, providing finely detailed images while staying free of hot spotting, sparkles and texturing. The material is a near perfect lambertian diffuser, which means that the light is dispersed evenly in a hemispherical distribution, allowing for a perfect, balanced image at every angle. The entirely neutral material colour means no colour shifts, eliminating most projection recalibration. The screen material is also fire resistant and easily cleaned.
